Terms governing use of the Digital Cloud Digital website and session engagements.
Acceptance
By accessing digital-cloud.digital or engaging Digital Cloud Digital for a session, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or book work with us.
Services described
Pages describing sessions, rates, and methods are informational. A binding engagement begins only when both parties confirm scope in writing (email is sufficient). We do not execute trades, take custody of assets, or provide regulated investment advice unless a separate written mandate expressly says so.
Intellectual property
Site copy, calculator templates shared under a session, and visual design remain owned by Digital Cloud Digital or its licensors. You may keep deliverables produced for your engagement for internal use. You may not resell our templates or republish site content without permission.
No performance guarantees
DeFi yields, fees, and lock-up terms change. Comparison sheets reflect disclosed figures and stated assumptions at the date shown. Past or illustrated figures do not guarantee future results.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of Hong Kong, Digital Cloud Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from site use or from decisions you make after a session. Our aggregate liability for a given engagement is limited to fees you paid us for that engagement.
User responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of position data you provide, for securing your own wallets, and for complying with laws that apply to you. Never send seed phrases or private keys.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or related engagements, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
