Refunds & Cancellations

Scope

This policy covers booked sessions and written briefs offered by Digital Cloud Digital: DeFi Yield Comparison Reviews, Calculator Walkthroughs, Fee & Lock-up Briefs, and Ongoing Yield Check-ins. The website does not sell physical goods or software licences.

Cooling-off and cancellation by you

• Live sessions (review, walkthrough, check-in): Cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before the confirmed start time for a full refund of fees paid for that session, or a free reschedule to a new slot.
• Inside 48 hours: Fees are non-refundable, but you may request one reschedule within 14 days if we have availability.
• Async briefs: Cancel before we confirm that drafting has started for a full refund. After drafting begins, refunds are partial as described below.

Work already started

If we have begun building your comparison sheet or brief and you cancel, we may retain a portion reflecting work completed — typically 40% after intake review, 70% after a draft sheet exists, and 100% after final delivery. We will state the stage in writing when you cancel.

Deposits

Some live sessions require a deposit to hold the slot. Deposits are applied to the session fee. Deposits become non-refundable inside the 48-hour window, matching the cancellation rules above.

No-shows

If you miss a live session without notice, the session fee (including deposit) is forfeited. A new booking requires a new fee.

Partial refunds

Partial refunds may apply when scope shrinks before delivery by mutual agreement (for example fewer pools than quoted). We calculate the difference against the confirmed quote and refund the unused portion.

Non-refundable items

• Completed deliverables already sent to you
• Third-party costs expressly agreed in advance (if any)
• Time slots forfeited under the no-show rule

Refund method and timing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval. Bank processing times may add several days.

Rescheduling

One complimentary reschedule is allowed per booking when notice meets the 48-hour rule (or when we cancel on our side). Further reschedules may be treated as a new booking at our discretion.

Our cancellations

If we must cancel, you may choose a full refund or a replacement slot at no extra charge.
