Data we collect

  • Contact details you submit (name, email, message content, selected session)
  • Technical logs such as IP address, browser type, and approximate access times
  • Cookie preferences stored locally in your browser (see our Cookies page)

We do not ask for seed phrases, private keys, or government ID through the website form.

We use contact data to respond to enquiries, schedule sessions, and deliver agreed work. Technical logs support security and basic analytics when you accept optional cookies. Where Hong Kong’s Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance applies, we process data for the purposes stated here and for legitimate operational needs connected to those purposes.

Retention

Enquiry messages are kept up to 24 months unless a longer retention is needed for an active engagement or legal claim. Engagement files (comparison sheets and related notes) are retained for up to 36 months after the last deliverable, then deleted or anonymized unless you ask us to keep them longer in writing.

Sharing

We use infrastructure providers that process data on our instructions (for example email and hosting). We do not sell personal data. We may disclose information if required by Hong Kong law or lawful authority.

International transfers

If a processor stores data outside Hong Kong, we take reasonable steps to ensure comparable safeguards are in place for that transfer.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you, and you may withdraw consent for optional analytics cookies. Email info@digital-cloud.digital with “Privacy request” in the subject line. We may need to verify your identity before acting.

Children

The site and sessions are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

We may update this policy by posting a revised version here with an updated effective context. Material changes will be highlighted on the page when practical.
